Yes, the Lead resident in the home assist with medications to other residents.
WHAT TYPE OF SECURITY AND SAFETY MEASURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE?
At our homes, we sign in and out.
Log kept on the home for all visitors to the home, no one can enter the home without signing in and out on the visitation log. Â The home has Video Cameras in the common
area of the home.
DO YOU COMPLETE AN ASSESSMENT PRIOR TO MOVING IN?
Yes, an assessment is made prior to
Move in, by management team.
DO YOU HAVE TRANSPORTATION FOR DOCTOR’S APPOINTMENTS. YES! SERENITY SQUARE LLC HAS A THIRD PARTY VENDOR WHO TRANSPORTS RESIDENTS TO ALL APPOINTMENTS FOR A FEE.
The fee is determined on how far the appointment is from that home. These fees are separate from Serenity Square LLC and solely conducted by the acceptable third party vendor.
ARE THERE ADDED FEES FOR SERVICES OR ACTIVITIES?
Yes, those fees will be discussed as needed.
WHAT IS INDEPENDENT SHARED LIVING?
All residents in the home can care for themselves, as far as activities of daily living with out any assistance from anyone else.

NON-REFUNDABLE
WHO DO I MAKE MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS TO AND HOW DO I PAY?
You can pay by Zelle or cash app! Personal checks aren't accepted!

ARE MEALS SERVED AT THE HOME, HOW MANY MEALS SERVED WHO PREPARES THE MEALS FOR THE HOME?
NO! Its a independent home. Individuals are welcome to provide their own meals!
CAN CLIENTS HAVEÂ VISITORS, IF SO, WHAT IS THE VISITATION TIMES?
Yes! Visitors are aloud visitation. No visitors are allowed in clients rooms unless its' immediate family members.
Times are from 10am to 9pm. "NO" overnight visitors are "ALLOWED!"
